At Moleskineer, we are committed to delivering your carefully selected writing instruments, art supplies, and desk accessories to you securely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we handle your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.
Shipping Method & Areas
We currently offer Standard Shipping to most international destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of your items (paper, notebooks, storage solutions, etc.).
Please note that we do not offer free shipping at this time. The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Times
Delivery times for Standard Shipping vary by destination:
- Domestic (U.S.): 5-10 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
These are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather, or carrier issues.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at [email protected].
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We cannot predict or control these charges, and we declare the full value of the order on customs forms.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly and file a claim. Also, notify us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging.
If your tracking information indicates a package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. For lost packages, we reserve the right to reship or refund at our discretion.
