Trademarks: The Moleskineer name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Moleskineer or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Moleskineer. Please review our policy below.

Eligibility for Returns: Items must be returned in their original, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging and tags attached, within 30 days of the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and copyright reasons, certain items such as personalized products, opened art supplies (e.g., paints, inks), and digital downloads are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Returns sent without an RMA may not be accepted.
Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
