Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:
- In its original, unused, and resalable condition.
- In the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and protective materials.
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice).
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and copyright reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect:
- Opened or used writing instruments (pens, fountain pens, markers).
- Personalized, customized, or monogrammed products.
- Opened packages of paper, notebooks, or art supplies.
- Downloadable digital products.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team within the return period. We will guide you through the simple process.
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Securely pack the item(s) with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: Your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account after processing.
- Refunds for Defective or Incorrect Items: We will cover the return shipping costs. For returns based on change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Store Credit: Alternatively, you may opt for store credit issued to your account for the value of the returned item(s).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
